      A holiday village with friendly, helpful staff, rooms that are always cleaned promptly, great food and exceptional desserts; the entertainment staff are fantastic, especially Nicole (who seems to be everywhere all at once), Alessia, Alessio and Samuel, led by the master called Gigi, all wonderful...without forgetting the two dynamos of Alessia and Franceschina, who seem to never get tired.

      Also excellent is the poolside bar service provided by Manuel and Raffaele, who are always on hand to do whatever is asked of them. Well done, one and all!

      Excellent holiday resort.

      Cannot understand the negative reviews at all...clearly there are those who expect 5-star luxury for a 3-star price. The place is well looked-after, spotlessly clearly, really professional entertainment staff, beach (5 minutes on foot) and swimming pools very nice and clean, staff always patient and professional, good food...everything at a price 30% lower than the competition.
      A heartfelt thanks to all of the hotel staff!

      Wonderful holiday
      Delightful stay. The house that they assigned to us is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Sheets changed daily. Fantastic hotel-water shower in the garden. Great food. Highly competent staff. Beautiful beach.

      We just had a wonderful holiday, polite staff, always happy to find answers to any requests, restaurant as expected, well-equipped facilities for all types of requirements, area full of marvellous places, good entertainment with nice leaders and very professional manager. In short, fully satisfied, we'll be back.

      Excellent service

      Excellent value for money. The rooms and clean and the air conditioning works well. The gluten-free service is perfect ad takes care of everything. Same goes for the normal service, which is constantly changing. The personnel throughout – dining room, chefs, bar and reception – were always ready, willing and able to help and they treat you like family – something that's hard to find in such large establishments.
